Flood Risk Assessments 

A Flood risk assessment is required for a site if it is larger than 1ha in area and for any site no matter what the size if it is in Flood Zones 2 & 3. 

Initial Flood Risk Reports can be provided in support of outline planning applications, which is generally acceptable to the Planning Officer on the proviso that a comprehensive Flood Risk Assessment is submitted when a full planning application is made.
